We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
All fees must be paid in full before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments are final. Refunds are not provided once services have been partially or fully delivered. See our full Refund Policy for more detail.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Nicole Borghi Digital Productions, including content, branding, videos, designs, and any downloadable assets, are the sole property of Nicole Borghi and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of these materials may be copied, shared, sold, or distributed without prior written permission.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to use the website and services for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment. Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or any abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of access.

6. Event Conduct
Nicole Borghi Digital Productions reserves the right to remove any participant from live or virtual events for behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Limitation of Liability
All services are provided “as is.” Nicole Borghi Digital Productions makes no warranties or guarantees and is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or content.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

Refund Policy for Services
At Nicole Borghi Digital Productions, we are committed to providing high-quality services that deliver results. Due to the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each engagement, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all services.
No Refunds for Services Rendered
All sales are final once services have been delivered in part or in full. This includes, but is not limited to:
Strategy sessions


Coaching or consulting hours


Event access (virtual or in-person)


Speaking or training engagements


Custom-built digital environments or branded assets


There are no refunds for services once work has begun or access has been granted to any part of the program or platform.
No Refunds for Missed Appointments
Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled. Your time is valuable—and so is ours.
Payment Plans and Obligations
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments as agreed. Payment plans are not cancelable due to changes in personal circumstances or usage levels. Entering into a plan means you’re committing to the full value of the service.
