Terms and Conditions for I.M. Social
Welcome to “I.M. Social”, hosted by Nicole Borghi / Aura Immersive Technologies. By registering for and attending the Event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Event is free and open to individuals aged 18 and above.
1.2. Registration is required to attend. Each attendee must complete the registration process to gain access to the Event.
2. Registration
2.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2.2. The Organizer reserves the right to deny registration or revoke access to any participant at its discretion.
3. Event Participation
3.1. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards others. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove individuals violating these terms from the Event.
4. Content and Media Release
4.1. The Event may be recorded or photographed for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant the Organizer permission to use your image, voice, and participation in these recordings or photos.
4.2. The Organizer retains the copyright to all Event materials, recordings, and related content.
5. Data Privacy
5.1. By registering, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data for Event-related communication.
5.2. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to facilitate the Event.
6. Changes and Cancellations
6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event details, including date, time, and location, at its discretion. Participants will be notified of any changes.
6.2. The Organizer may cancel the Event at any time without liability.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1. The Organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the Event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
7.2. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1. The Event may feature third-party speakers, vendors, or sponsors. The Organizer is not responsible for the actions or products of these third parties.
9. Prohibited Activities
9.1. Solicitation or promotion of products and services without prior approval from the Organizer is prohibited.
9.2. Attendees may not disrupt the Event or compromise the experience of other participants.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Lake County, Florida. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lake County, Florida.
