Terms and Conditions Podcast 3 Month Package
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing the 3-month podcasting program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"). By purchasing the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Program Overview:
The Program is a 3-month program designed to provide instruction and guidance on various aspects of podcasting, including but not limited to content creation, recording techniques, editing, marketing, and distribution.
Payment:
Payment for the Program is due in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise agreed upon.
All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice.
Refunds:
Refunds will be provided according to the following conditions:
A full refund will be issued if requested within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the Program has not been accessed or utilized.
No refunds will be provided after 7 days from the purchase date.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [nicole@nicoleborghi.com].
Access:
Upon successful registration and payment, you will be granted access to the Program materials for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
Access to the Course may be revoked if there is evidence of misuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property:
All Program materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of Nicole Borghi AKA “Digital Diva.
You may not distribute, reproduce, or share Course materials without prior written consent from Nicole Borghi AKA “Digital Diva].
Participant Responsibilities:
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the Program materials.
You agree to engage in the Program in good faith and to respect the rights of other participants and instructors.
Disclaimer:
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Program materials, Nicole Borghi AKA “Digital Diva makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the results or outcomes of participating in the Course.
Nicole Borghi AKA “Digital Diva is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your participation in the Course.
Modification of Terms:
Nicole Borghi AKA “Digital Diva reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Nicole Borghi AKA “Digital Diva website or other relevant platform.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
